HOW TO TRACK MY ORDER?
To follow your order, you simply have to log in to your personal account. To sign in, use your username and password. Click then on "Continue". Your orders immediately appear on the screen and you can track the progress to know where your order is at the moment.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS?
All orders inside Amman are subject to JD3 Delivery charge.
Orders to all governorates outside Amman are subject to JD5 Delivery charge.
WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING TIMES?
Your order is delivered on the same day inside Amman.
For governorates, up to 2 business days are necessary.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS ACCEPTED ON THE WEBSITE?
When you place your order, you can pay with your credit card (Visa, Mastercard) or with your PayPal account or you can pay cash on delivery or choose to pay via credit card on delivery.
HOW TO EXHANGE A PRODUCT?
Customer satisfaction is a priority for us, which is why we offer you the choice to Exchange your product as per the below guidelines:
- Exchange within 30 days of Purchase Date, from any of our stores in Jordan.
- Original Receipt is crucial for any exchange to take place.
- Product must be in Original packaging and not Damaged or Used.
- Make up and accessories items cannot be exchanged.
- Items bought in the SALE period, can only be exchanged within 3 days of purchase date.
IS IT POSSIBLE TO SEND MY ORDER TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS THAN MY HOME?
When you place your order, you can change the delivery to put the one you want: at work, at your friends or family's, at your neighbors'.
